Payment Cancellation and Refunds: Electronic check (ACH) payments are processed at 4:00pm Mountain Time each business day. Payments can be cancelled or edited as long as it has not been batched for processing. Payments collected using a card (credit or debit), or ACH payments that have already been processed to the Federal Reserve, can be refunded by the administrator for the company or organization for which payments are being collected.
